Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is a free-to-play turn-based strategy for AND and iOS developed by EA Capital Games, the creators of Heroes of Dragon Age, among other titles.
Story
In Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, we collect famous characters from the Star Wars universe and fight battles with subsequent opponents. The production employs themes from the latest installments of the franchise, giving us the opportunity to command the characters known from both the movies and animated series, including Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels.
Gameplay
Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes focuses on collecting characters and commanding them in turn-based battles. The combat may resemble a typical RPG but the gameplay is limited only to fighting, gibing us no opportunity to engage in exploration. Each warrior possesses unique abilities and attacks. The game also offers a character progressions system that allows us to increase the statistics and skills of our subordinates. The equipment plays an important role, as well. Furthermore, we can create parties of heroes of both the light and dark side of the Force. Of course, the former have to be separated from the latter. Depending on the current opponent, we may modify the squads, too.
Game modes
In Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes for AND and iOS, we may compete against computer AI in single player missions or against other players in the PvP mode. The game also offers a holographic training module. It allows us to try out our teams before we send them into combat.
