New Trailer of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Shows Rivet, State of Play This Week
Sony has presented a new gameplay trailer from Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. It shows the new protagonist - Rivet. At the same time, it was announced that the next episode of State of Play will take place this week.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart's release is approaching. For this reason, the devs presented further details related to the title. Today, a note showing the new protagonist - Rivet - has appeared on the official PlayStation blog. The entry was accompanied by a gameplay trailer. Additionally, it was announced that the latest work of Insomniac Games will be the main protagonist of the latest episode of State of Play, which will be aired on April 29 at 2:00 PM PT.
Rivet, or a member of the Lombax resistance coming from another dimension, will be one of the playable characters in the title. From the trailer it seems that at least for some time she will be accompanied by Clank. Additionally, the footage shows a number of locations - in addition to familiar places like Torren IV, a new one, Nefarious City, was also shown.
During Thursday's show we'll see over 15 minutes of previously unreleased gameplay footage from Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. In addition, two indie titles will be presented. The episode of State of Play will be available on Twitch and YouTube.
The game itself will launch on PlayStation 5 on June 11, this year.
