Do you still Arkane, which debuted this May on PCs and Microsof's consoles.

I wrote the above introduction with a slight bias, because the game losing a great number of active players in an instant.

Although most have managed to Bethesda.

This information comes from a reliable industry insider, Jez Corden, who was a guest on a podcast hosted by John Linneman of the Digital Foundry channel.

Corden was said to have heard from a Bethesda employee during one of the summer events replacing the E3 trade show, that the company plans to the title for years and will make every effort to ensure that it can achieve "redemption" in the eyes of the audience (the excerpt in question begins at 42:53 of the video below).

One should take note of the fact that Corden spoke with a representative of the game's publisher on the occasion of the June event, which is just over a month after the debut of Redfall. So it's possible that the game still seemed "salvageable" from Bethesda's perspective at the time.

Behind the fact that ambitious rescue plans for Redfall may have changed is ed by the fact that Arkane Studios' work received only hotfixes.

But who knows, maybe the game about vampires will eventually follow the path of No Man's Sky? Personally, I doubt it, although I would love to be wrong.
