Dynasty Warriors: Origins – coop and multiplayer
Dynasty Warriors Origins will be released in 2 days, i.e. on the 17th of January this year. However, people who have bought Deluxe Edition can enjoy the advanced access. So, thousands of fans have already taken on the role of a commander and they wreak havoc on the battlefield, defeating countless enemies in the process. Some of them are interested whether there will be a coop or multiplayer mode in the game, where they can fight alongside friends.
In previous installments in the series, it was often possible to play with a friend in co-op mode, such as in Dynasty Warriors 9: Empires, one of the newer installments, this mode was not implemented. Dynasty Warriors Origins is no different, at least for the moment. The page on Steam states clearly that the only mode players can experience in this production is single-player. The publisher's website also shows no mention of the game offering coop. Unfortunately, you won't be able to play with a friend at launch. It is also unknown whether developers plan to add this feature later. However, we should consider that it will never be added.
