Check Out Dead Island 2's Excellent Intro; Blood and Vibe
Dead Island 2's cinematic intro is an atmospheric tour of Los Angeles, which is not teeming with life after a visit from undead.
After a recent gameplay presentation Deep Silver has released new footage from "undead" series launched by Techland. We have posted the video (prepared by Elastic) below.
The footage, of course, does not contain any gameplay fragments. ittedly, a lot of "gameplay" December, but after years with virtually no news on the second Dead Island a few (dozen) minutes from the game every quarter is not enough to satisfy player curiosity.
Fortunately, the activity of devs at Dambusters was not limited to the occasional publication of videos. In recent weeks, the developers have shared more information, including on the gameplay mechanics. They also assured that the work on the title was not as bad as one might think after the long development period.
Dead Island 2 will be released on April 21. The game will debut on PC, (Epic Games Store platform), Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
