Like I said earlier. Delta Force Hawk Ops is currently available as an alpha playtest on PC. If you want to participate in this event, have to go to the playtest end date, so you have some time.
What about consoles, though? On the official DF Hawk Ops site, there is FAQ containing information about full release of the game. It reveals that the title will debut in 2024 on PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), PS4, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. It will also be available on mobile platforms – Android and iOS.
If you want to play Delta Force Hawk Ops on consoles, you don't have that option right now. You must be patient and wait for the full release of the game (or potential other tests).
If you are interested in playing on multiple platforms, you must keep in mind that the game will offer cross-progression and cross-play. At this point, the developers have confirmed that it will cover PC and mobiles. So, it's unclear what will happen with consoles.
