Director of The Mandalorian and Mark Hamill Thank Each Other
Mark Hamill once again thanked the creators of The Mandalorian, and the show's director shared an archival photo of Luke Skywalker. In short, there's that family feel around Star Wars again.

SPOILER ALERT
Spoilers from The Mandalorian season 2.
The finale of season 2 of The Mandalorian brought fans a lot of excitement and memories regarding the unexpected return of Luke Skywalker. And even though the Jedi returned in CGI-tuned version, the depiction still relied Mark Hamill, the original actor playing the role. The cameo really meant a lot to the actor, which he emphasized many times via his social media, and which we already reported a few weeks ago.
However, there is never an end to gratitude, and now it's time for Peyton Reed, one of the creators of The Mandalorian. He showed off a photo of a young Luke Skywalker that he kept in his room when he was young, and stressed that he appreciated the opportunity to work with him on the newest Star Wars project.
All right, everybody's saying thank you, but it would be nice to hear some details about Luke's larger role in the context of the next Star Wars productions. Taking into consideration the fact that 10 new series based on the universe were announced for the near future, it's hard not to expect the participation of the said Jedi knight in one of them. For now, however, let's wait for more details.
