Dying Light: Hellraid Met With Cold Reception on Steam
The Hellraid DLC for Dying Light didn't exactly appeal to the players. Currently only 41% of the 200 reviews on the expansion on Steam are positive. Criticism includes the length of the adventure and limited number of new features.
Yesterday, the Hellraid from Techland launched on PC (today it debuts on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One). The DLC, whose roots can be found in a canceled project under the same title, is a change of atmosphere compared to the original concept - the streets of Harran have been replaced by narrow corridors of medieval crypts, and instead of zombies we fight demonic skeletons and beasts. On paper it sounds quite interesting, but how does it work in action? According to Steam s, it doesn't.

Currently on Valve's platform, only 41% of the 200 Dying Light 2.
But not everything has met with criticism.Hellraid's significantly darker atmosphere has met with good reception, which may be associated with the popular Souls series.
If you have Dying Light and want to check if Hellraid really is such a disappointment, you can buy it on Steam platform for $9.99.
