ESO received expansion and major update with significant graphical upgrade
Fans of The Elder Scrolls Online are still waiting for improvements to the combat system, but Update 45 has spoiled them with the first tweaked locations and some small but important changes.

The Elder Scrolls Online received a graphical update on PC with the release of the Fallen Banners dungeon pack and Update 45. Players have already had the opportunity to test the new features that were added to the full version of the game yesterday (on PCs; the console debut will take place on March 26) during the beta tests organized in January by ZeniMax Online Studio.
Fallen Banners primarily introduces two new dungeons that players can explore in 4-person groups: Exiled Redoubt and Lep Seclusa. In this first one, we will conduct an investigation into the missing soldiers and the mysterious imperial fortress. Meanwhile, in the second dungeon, we will help in the defense of a fortress besieged by an army of deserters and mercenaries led by Orpheon the Tactician.
However, it is the free Update 45 that stirs the most emotions among the fans of Tamriel, not only because it marks the first stage of refreshing locations in TESO. It was clearly necessary, as shown in the charts that compare the look of the first game zones before and after the update.

The new version of TES Online includes many minor but well-received improvements: from increasing the default speed of mounts, to the reconstruction of one of the three constellations (Craft, which is essentially a skill tree related to crafting and sneaking), to interface enhancements that improve the comfort of the game (including maps).
Some players complain about the lack of new quests and combat improvements, but these - as we know from the developers' post from last year - will also come to The Elder Scrolls Online in 2025. It should also be reminded that with Update 45, developers will begin integrating modification on consoles.
You can find the full list of changes in a series of posts published by the developers on the official game forum.
