Can You Sprint in Fallout New Vegas?

To be totally honest, you probably are sprinting in Fallout New Vegas all the time. The game has 2 types of movement – slow walking and running. The faster one is enabled by default. You can change it temporary by pressing shift or permanently thanks to caps lock. If you use a controller, it is possible to get the same effect by pressing the right stick.

If you want something more, we have to worry you, as it is not possible in the vanilla game. Of course, people on PC have some options, namely mods. We can name here Sprint Mod on Nexus with over 1M s. However, if you play on consoles… well, you have to stick with the default movement speed.

If FNV is too archaic for you, you might want to try newer games in the series, namely we can help you.
