It looks like the rumors of an expansion for Ghost of Tsushima were true. Sony has just ed the domain name for the title Ghost of Ikishima.

Fans of Ghost of Tsushima can slowly begin to rejoice at the fact that they will most likely have the opportunity to once again play as Jin Sakai and visit a completely new location. However, it is difficult to say anything more about the title.
