It seems that most players who report crashes does not one important test – Vram. that the game needs at least 6GB (Nvidia) or 8GB (AMD). If you do not sur this, most likely you will not be able to play.
If you have proper hardware and still experience issues, you should check out if third-party programs are not interfering. MSI Afterburner is known to cause issues for example. Also make sure to turn off all overlays. They are also an often source of problems. Sadly, we live in a reality where games have various problems on launch. Hopefully, they will be soon taken care of.
