Godzilla vs. Kong is Spectacular, Internet s Compliment the Visuals
The first reviews of Godzilla vs. Kong have appeared online and they are mostly positive. This breathtaking visual spectacle is only supposed to have one flaw, which is the human plot thread.
Some critics have already had a chance to see the new MonsterVerse movie titled Godzilla vs. Kong. It's a sequel to the moderately successful Godzilla King of the Monsters, which was accused of having too little action and too many humans and boring conversations on screen. The trailer of the newest work promised, however, that the film will focus mainly on the duel between the two monsters, and the human element will not dominate the plot this time. And apparently that's exactly what happened, as suggested by the opinions expressed under the #GodzillaVsKong hashtag on Twitter.
It seems like Wingard's film doesn't disappoint as an attractive blockbuster full of action scenes that beg to be ired in IMAX. Of course, the plot is not one of the highest quality, but I guess that is not what we expect from Godzilla movies. It's important that the amount of screen time devoted to common mortals has been reduced, although they are still supposedly deadly boring.
This doesn't change the fact that there's a lot to look forward to and the premiere is coming soon, on March 26, 2021, on HBO GO, starring Millie Bobby Brown, Rebecca Hall and Kyle Chandler in addition to the monsters in question.
