The latest Deadlock game update includes information on the HLX project, which is considered the third installment of the Half-Life series. The clues found there lead us to believe that the game is in the final stages of development.

The third installment of the Half-Life series is a bit like the Yeti - its existence has never been officially confirmed, yet many people believe there's something to it. However, unlike the snow creature, the anticipated Valve game leaves solid clues, giving hope that sooner or later it will be presented to the world.
One such clue was Half-Life 3. There would be nothing remarkable about this, except for the fact that one of the lines of code on the list includes information about the technology for generating additional FSR3 frames.

A data miner speculates that the connection between HLX and AMD technology may indicate that the game is already in the "late stage of development." Moreover, the claims that the mysterious Valve project will be presented later this year.
We will find out in the coming months whether the year 2025 will bring the anticipated announcement of Half-Life 3. However, fans eager for new adventures of Gordon Freeman noticed on the Valve website that the company is preparing to release two games. One of them is the aforementioned Deadlock. However, the second entry is hidden.
