Xbox, Switch, PS5, and PS4 players might have to wait a while for Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel to arrive on their consoles. The game just launched in Early Access on Steam (January 21, 2025), and the current development roap focuses on adding:
- New playable classes
- More gods
- Additional maps
- World expansions
Unfortunately, there’s no information yet about potential console ports. But here’s some good news: the game already fully s Xbox controllers, which feels like a solid first step toward bringing it to other platforms down the road.
The game’s been getting some great from early reviews and has already pulled in a solid number of players on Steam. With this kind of positive start, the developers might feel more motivated to speed up the full release and even start thinking about bringing Hordes of Hel to consoles sooner rather than later.
