Teaser also confirms that the new Layers of Fear will be powered by Unreal Engine 5 and will use the first-person perspective.
The video shows that the new installment of the series will be released in 2022. Unfortunately, this is the end of the details shared by devs. We do not even know the hardware platforms on which the new Layers of Fear will launch, although most likely they will be the same as in the case of this year's project by the team that gave us The Medium. We expect that the game will hit PC, Xbox Series S/X and PlayStation 5.
As you may , the series began with the release of the first Layers of Fear 2 debuted on the market. Initially, it was available only on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but a few months ago it also hit Nintendo Switch
