Movie Hit A Quiet Place Will Get a Video Game
A game set in the world known from the movie series A Quiet Place will be released in 2022. The game is being prepared by the creators of World War Z, among others.
The popular horror movie series A Quiet Place will get its own video game. According to the announcement, the game will be designed for single player, and will be set in the same world as both films. The release will take place in 2022.
The game will be developed by Canadian studio iLLOGIKA in cooperation with Saber Interactive (this company is also the publisher of the title) and EP1T0ME. The latter already has experience in transferring popular movies to the world of digital entertainment - two years ago the company developed World War Z based on the film (2013) of the same title. Apart from the release date, no more specific information was given. However, these are to be revealed later, this year.
Movies from the A Quiet Place series tell the story of the Abbot family, which tries to survive in a world overrun by monsters of unknown origin. The creatures are attracted to noises, so the characters have to be constantly careful not to make any sound. Both horror movies were box office hits, and a third one is currently in production.
