NieR Replicant has Gone Gold
The remastered and expanded version of NieR Replicant has officially gone gold. This means formally nothing stands in the way of the title's release on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, which is scheduled to take place at the end of this month.

Saito also mentioned that a DLC pack, which will be available completely free for all owners, is still pending approval by Sony and Microsoft. Details of this additional content remain a mystery for now, but in this case, we'll probably be dealing only with alternative skins and costumes for characters.
NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... will offer not only refreshed visuals with improved textures, models, and animations but also numerous changes in gameplay mechanics, including a modified combat system. Work on the remaster is being carried out under the supervision of Yoko Taro, the original director of NieR, and its effect is also the appearance of additional story threads, characters, and missions in the game.
