No Place For Bravery is a roguelike Shadow of the Colossus to hit PC next year

If Shadow of the Colossus were a roguelike, it would look like No Place For Bravery. This action-oriented minimalistic pixel art RPG is going to hit Steam next fall.

Massive landscapes, colossal monsters, roguelike, pixel art – does any of this pique your interest? If so, meet No Place For Bravery, a strategic action-oriented roguelike in development by indie studio Glitch Factory. According to the information available on its official website, No Place For Bravery is going to feature a group of survivors venturing acrros an eerie, devastaded world, overtaken by godlike creatures. Here’s an atmospheric announcement trailer for the game:

No Place For Bravery will invite you to a high fantasy universe and let you command a team of warriors on a quest to slay the aforementioned godlike entities, responsible for the fall of humankind. Interestingly, the game will use time manipulation mechanics similar to Hyper Light Drifter-inspired 2D graphics. No Place For Bravery is planned to launch on Steam in fall 2017.
