“Piano, organ, harpsichord, dolceola” in Cookie Jam
When I saw enigmatic “piano, organ, harpsichord and dolceola”, I had one question in my mind – what are harpsichord and dolceola? They are instruments! However, thanks to the power of the Internet I have discovered that they have one thing in common. That is our answer.
- Piano, organ, harpsichord, dolceola – keyboard.
Yes, all of the above use a keyboard. Of course they are completely different instruments! I am a person who likes to learn more about various things, so I googled harpsichord and dolceola immediately. Especially the latter is quite an intriguing one. There is not much information on it. According to Wikipedia, it was created between 1903 – 1907. It seems that not many people know that it exists at all. I surely didn’t. However, an interesting fact is that Alex Turner from Arctic Monkeys played it on one of the band’s albums.
I have answered a few of the questions so far - “What ice cream does in warm weather” but this one was by far the most fascinating of them all. Hopefully, this set of Buzzwords have more inquiries like that.
