Problems with Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred on Game explained
Players who subscribe to the Xbox Game service are having a lot of trouble launching the game after the recent update introducing Season of Witchcraft to D4. Despite having the expansion, they are asked to purchase Vessel of Hatred again, even though a few hours ago everything was fine.
It also doesn't help that those facing this problem can’t report it on Blizzard's official forum as they don’t have access to it. A message pops up for them: “You don't have a key for the game,” and then shows that the Game service is inactive. Unfortunately, restarting the game does not help here. Some of them also tried to install any Battle Net game that is connected to Game , alas with no success.
It seems that the latest update broke the correct verification of the active Game service. Unfortunately, there is nothing left to do but wait for Blizzard to solve this problem. As the issue is common and seems to affect many Game s (if not all), it should be fixed pretty quickly.
