RDNA 2-based Radeon May be 225% Faster Than RX 5700 XT
According to reports from youtuber Moore's Law is Dead, AMD's new GPU, the so-called Big Navi, may be from 195 to 225% faster than the Radeon RX 5700 XT.

IN A NUTSHELL:
- The Radeons based on RDNA 2 architecture - the so-called Big Navi - could be 195 to 225% faster than the RX 5700 XT;
- It would mean that AMD's design will offer 40-50% better performance than GeForce RTX 2080 Ti;
- According to rumors, the first Big Navi is expected to hit the market in November.
Youtuber Moore's Law Is Dead has come to the conclusion that AMD's new GPU - the so-called Big Navi based on RDNA 2 architecture - could be 195 to 225% faster than the Radeon RX 5700 XT. This would mean that the chipset would be about 40-50% more efficient than the current Nvidia flagship, the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti.
According to the reports, AMD's product will be equipped with 72 computing units. This is not all, however, due to a seven percent increase in IPC (instructions per cycle) and a 20-25% increase in both GPU and memory clocks.
The above information is just a rumor, but performance at the level suggested by Moore's Law is Dead's sources would be a big success for AMD. If these reports are confirmed, the next generation of GPUs will see very fierce competition between the two main players (it is worth ing that the Ampere architecture from Nvidia also promises to be very interesting).
According to the same source, the launch of the first GPU based on RDNA 2 architecture is to take place in November this year (already after Ampere's appearance on the market).
