Cloud Imperium Games, the developer of assisted by the external studio Firesprite, released the trailer available below.
The free trial period is a gift from the developers on the occasion of the Invictus Launch Week 2951 event, which refers to the so-called Fleet Week, a tradition of the US Navy, Army Infantry Corps and Coast Guard, in which active ships are deployed for one week in the ports of large foreign cities. The action is often accompanied by military demonstrations and air shows. The Invictus Launch Week event is, in the world of Star Citizen, a ceremony organized by the United Empire of Earth Navy (UEEN), marking the beginning of a new recruitment year.
