The Elder Scrolls 6 Not Coming to PlayStation; Microsoft's Documents Show
The future of The Elder Scrolls series on Sony consoles has become uncertain. The latest indications strongly suggest that it will be tied exclusively to Microsoft platforms.

The topic of possible exclusivity of the next part of The Elder Scrolls on Microsoft platforms has been floating around the industry for some time. However, the latest reports based on Microsoft documents strongly suggest that the absence of TES VI on PlayStation 5 will be a fact.
The company's court documents
According to the US website The Verge, in the just resumed court battle between the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Microsoft documents have been revealed confirming the exclusivity of the RPG.
In addition to launching only on PC and Xbox consoles the table included in the document also includes an approximate release date for the game, which was estimated at 2026 or later.
Interestingly, the decision to maintain exclusivity was ed in the document by a quote from Phil Spencer (CEO of Microsoft Gaming) from one of his interviews with GQ:
"In order for it [the game - ed.] to be released on Xbox, I would like us to be able to use the full suite of capabilities that we have. And that's what will happen when it comes to The Elder Scrolls VI."
Although the recent release of earlier indications clearly suggested the exclusivity of the highly anticipated game, the lack of a definitive comment still left the presence of a installment of TES on PlayStation consoles a possibility. Now, however, it seems that its fate has been decided.
