Twitter is Testing Ads in Comments
Ads as comments on posts is Twitter's new idea, which the service will be testing in the coming months.

Twitter has a new idea for marketing on its website. Bruce Falck, the man in charge of monetization (Revenue Product Lead) at Twitter, Inc, announced the start of global testing of ads in the form of comments to tweets. Selected mobile s will be able to find this type of promotional material as the first, third and eighth reply to any post. You can see how it looks in practice thanks to the animation posted by Falck.
The reaction of s was as "enthusiastic" as you might imagine. Internet s (and not only) as a rule are not fans of ads, especially when they appear literally every moment while browsing the web.
Some also point out that de facto hiding promotional materials in the form of replies to posts can disrupt the flow of discussions, which are often chaotic and - let's say - full of emotion. Let's add to this various impostors pretending to be famous brands and people.
We don't know when or if Twitter will implement this feature in full. Falck reported that testing will continue in the "coming months." During that time, the service is expected to experiment with, among other things, the layout and frequency of new ads.
