Such an impressive number of players makes Valheim the third most popular game on Steam - behind Among Us, last year's absolute megahit, took much longer to attract a comparable number of players on PC (although it's worth ing that, unlike Valheim, InnerSloth's work also has a free version for mobile devices).
It's worth noting that the majority of highly anticipated, high-budget AAA productions can't boast similar stats, as they often attract quite a large number of people, but then quickly lose popularity.
