This mission starts automatically when you approach the building marked on the above map. All zombies trying to get to the scientist's house are Walkers #1 but you have to watch out because you might have met a Thug or a Floater. There is also a Butcher on the bridge. Kill all undead and then talk to Sebastian who will give you a reward #2.

Investigate the reason for the breach of with the scientist's friend

Sebastian (1) #1 will ask you to check what is with his friend because lately they lost a with him. You can reach the building marked on the map (2) by the road or on the side to avoid any fights #2.

Right in front of the building you'll find several Walkers #1. Go inside and get rid of two more (watch out for one lying on the ground). Check the CB radio laying on the table #2 - you'll notice that it works. Return to Sebastian (1) and tell him a sad news that his friend is dead.
