On this page of the Elex 2 guide, you will find a walkthrough of the Glory to the Rabble quest. You will receive this quest the first time you meet Hector in the upper part of the Crater. The quest does not have a specific course - you need to the Berserkers or Morkon factions and then the Outlaws to complete it.
How to the Outlaws?
You complete the quest after ing the Outlaw faction. To do this, you have to the Berserkers or Morkons first. You will the Berserkers during the Morkon Values quest. Then the story of the chosen faction will start.
In the case of Morkons, you have to take Ravaac's path in On the Road to Becoming a Paladin quest. After reaching level 30, you will be able to the Outlaws and thus complete the Glory to the Rabble mission.
