Aircraft Carrier Survival tasks us with managing an aircraft carrier. The gameplay is reminiscent of such games as This War of Mine. We can observe our ship from the side, seeing what's happening in every room in detail.

The game tasks us with making decisions and issuing orders to crew . We must also take care of our crew's morale and recruit the right people for specific positions. To complete missions, we must achieve their objectives.

The game truly heats up when we end up taking part in a battle. We must manage the consequences of enemy attacks - extinguish fires, repair damage from enemy airplanes and torpedoes, as well as cut off sections filling with water. Aside from that, we must also deal with saboteurs, mutinies and even nervous breakdowns of our crew.

Game modes

Aircraft Carrier Survival only features a singleplayer campaign.

Technical aspects

Aircraft Carrier Survival features rather mediocre 3D visuals. The water looks realistic, while the plane and ship models are faithfully recreated, but poor textures and lighting hold the game back. Regardless, it manages to capture the atmosphere of World War II.
