Academy of Stars: The Way to Fame is a program addressed primarily to young representatives of the beautiful sex, dreaming of a stage career of a superstar. At the same time, it is the first official title based on the motifs of the world-famous TV show cycle called Star Academy (also known in Poland as the Academy of Talents), which is produced by the Dutch media company Endemol.
In of gameplay style, the game can be compared to such titles as The Sims 2 (with a set of several appropriate add-ons) or Kudos-Rock Legend. However, it was constructed in such a way as to give the most joy from the gameplay to the s from the target group - modern women who ire the beauty, style and fame of pop stars. The title academy has been created especially for them, where they can learn the key skills for this profession - attractive dance, impressive singing or the art of styling. The Road to Fame is the first stage of transformation that any fashionable person who wants to be always in the top and teenager's time can go through.
However, it soon turns out that staying at the Academy of Stars requires a lot of work and sacrifices. We must be conscientious and systematic in our approach to dance and singing, as they are the most important skills which, apart from beauty and promotion, influence the vocalist's success. Flawless performance of dance arrangements and success in vocal rehearsals will quickly draw our attention to professors and colleagues. Interaction with NPCs is one of the most developed elements in the Way to Fame - the world presented abounds in colourful, original characters with which we can get to know them to a greater or lesser degree. The aim of the fictional setting is to remain the best student of the Academy, which will certainly open the way for us to the next stages of our career as a regular singer.
The program offers a full three-dimensional, very colourful graphic design, but first of all it is supposed to meet the tastes of young girls and does not use too many stunning, modern graphic effects. We visit a number of nicely designed locations (from our own room, through internal schools to recording studios and dance halls), which are a place of action for our virtual, full of adventures. The advantage of the program are relatively low hardware requirements. The strong points also include the musical setting, which makes the gameplay more pleasant with easily catchy melodies.
