It is 2030 and the Earth is undergoing an invasion of cruel aliens, who kidnap some of its inhabitants and turn the rest into zombies. The police are helpless, the army is not able to stand up to an equal fight. Fortunately, there is one man who, thanks to his fantastic equipment and excellent predispositions, can not only poke a hordes of green creatures, but also save those people who are doomed to the inevitable extinction. Halloween Harry, because he is the one in question, sets out for the Liberty space station to pick up the last orders from his superiors and prepare for the greatest clash in the history of mankind.
The way to save the Earth leads through four major stages (canals, factory, office building and alien ship), which are divided into smaller levels. In total, we will visit twenty large complexes. Each of them has a certain number of civilians waiting to be rescued - reaching them is the main goal of the game. In addition, of course, you'll have a lot of shooting at strangers and demon-possessed people, opening closed ages and searching for hidden rooms. The stay in a given episode is crowned with a duel with the so-called "boss", which, as it usually happens, requires much more effort than in the case of ordinary creatures.
As standard, Harry is equipped with a flame thrower that can hit enemies from a safe distance. On each board there are also vending machines, where you can buy new means of extermination or replenish ammunition. The money necessary for this purpose is obtained by collecting coins falling out of the bodies of exterminated aggressors. A very important part of Harry's equipment is also a jet backpack, which will allow you to get to the higher shelves. However, be careful, as the fuel is running out quickly and the lack of fuel can make it impossible to complete a given stage.
In Alien Carnage we will see pleasant graphics, realized in cartoon style and quite good soundtrack (the latter element has always been the strongest side of the products created in the Apogee Software studio). The three difficulty levels and the ability to choose any episode will surely appeal to those players who are not necessarily masters in arcade games.
