Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator is a simulation game that allows us to become the titular paramedic. The development of the game was handled by the German studio Aesir Interactive, which has a similar genre project Police Simulator: Patrol Officers in its portfolio. The release was handled by industry veterans - the Nacon company.

In Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator we move to the fictional city of San Pelicano, which was inspired by San Francisco. We have three playable districts at our disposal: the old town, the business district, and the industrial area. In each of these places, we deal with incidents typical for a given area, from ordinary cuts to third-degree burns.

The gameplay is divided into paramedic shifts and they last from 15 to 45 minutes. Our task is always to reach the accident site as quickly as possible after receiving an emergency call. For this purpose, we sit behind the wheel of an ambulance and navigate through crowded streets.

Upon arrival, we can conduct an analysis of the situation at the scene of the accident. We talk to the victims and bystanders to learn about the circumstances of the accident and adjust our course of action. We perform the necessary tests to make an accurate diagnosis as soon as possible.

We need to provide first aid, and if the situation is more serious, we can decide to transfer the injured person on a stretcher to the ambulance. Inside the ambulance we have access to more advanced medical instruments.

In Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator we can choose between two gameplay modes. In classic (casual) mode, we have access to help in the form of tutorials and hints. In simulation mode, we must rely on our knowledge and skills.
