Army of Two: The 40th Day for PS3, X360 and PSP is a continuation of an interesting shooter which emphasises cooperation between two mercenaries. The game is developed by EA Montreal and published by Electronics Arts.
Again, the main heroes are Rios and Salem. This time, the action takes place in devastated Shanghai. The soldiers of fortune, who find themselves in the middle of the action, decide to rise up to the challenge and reveal the secret of the titular 40th Day. Also, they need to get out of this ruined, Chinese city.
The 40th Day continues and expands the ideas implemented in the original game from 2008. The production is still a third-person perspective shooter focusing on cooperation between the two heroes. Therefore, it is most entertaining when played by two s. To make the game more impressive, there are more weapons and the characters’ skills.
Army of Two: The 40th Day released on PS3, X360 and PSP looks better than the original game. The creators implemented new filters, textures resolution, and more-detailed animations. Moreover, the models of the characters are updated.
The game offers an extensive multiplayer mode.
