Dawn of Ragnarok is the third major expansion for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. The DLC is inspired by Norse mythology and lets you take on the role of Odin, who is searching for his son.
Dawn of Ragnarok is the third major expansion for Assassin's Creed Valhalla, released in 2020. It was developed by Ubisoft Sofia.
In Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok we go to the dwarven kingdom Svartalfheim, known from the Norse mythology. The protagonist of the basic version of the game - Eivor - becomes the Norse god Odin. His task is to lead the rescue operation and liberate his son Baldur from the hands of Surtem.
Dawn of Ragnarok does not introduce any changes to the gameplay mechanics known from the basic version of the game. Instead, the creators decided to implement new content. In the DLC we will visit the land of Svartalfheim, where the story missions and new enemies await us.
Additionally, Odin will offer a number of new abilities that we can use. Among them we'll find resurrecting the fallen and turning into a raven.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok is not a standalone expansion and requires the main game to work.
