Mechanics

In Astro Bot: Rescue Mission we observe the action from various perspectives. The game consists of twenty levels located in places such as skyscrapers roofstops, jungles, dark caves and sunny beaches; each of them has eight lost bots waiting to be rescued, which requires defeating enemies, as well as neutralizing various obstacles and traps. In addition, in the course of the journey we have to face six powerful bosses, which are much bigger than the size of our character.

Fortunately, the protagonist is not defenseless, because he has a grappling hook at his disposal that makes it easier to move around the locations, as well as a water gun and shuriken. Players looking for an extra challenge can check out twenty-six additional stages designed to test their skills.

Astro Bot: Rescue Mission boasts high-quality cartoonish graphics and rich colors. By using the PlayStation VR goggles, gamers can look around the locations to find additional paths or hidden zones.
