Aviary Attorney is a legal adventure inspired by the work of French draughtsman J. J. Grandville. The game was developed by Sketchy Logic studio.

The action takes place in Paris in 1848, but the vision of those times presented by the authors is far from what we know from history textbooks. In Aviary Attorney, the French capital is mainly inhabited by various hominoid animals. At the start of the campaign, the situation in the city is tense. A new revolution hangs in the air and local prisons are overcrowded. The game tells the story of two heroes - Falcon, a falcon lawyer named Jayjay Falcon and his helper, Sparrowson's sparrow. In the first of the four available cases, the duo will try to clear the bourgeois cat Caterline Demiaou, who was accused of murder. Her family is ready to pay a large sum to anyone who finds evidence of her innocence.

In of gameplay, Aviary Attorney takes full advantage of the achievements of the Phoenix Wright series. Each case is therefore divided into two sections. In the first of them we will explore Paris, where we search the locations and interview witnesses. We then use this knowledge in trials to present important evidence to judges and to point out inaccuracies in our clients' incriminating testimonies. What is interesting, however, in order to continue the game it is not necessary to win in court - mistakes made by the player can result in conviction of the client, and yet the campaign will continue, and with each loss its plot becomes more gloomy.

The graphic design was based on drawings by French artist J. J. Grandville, whose most famous works present bizarre characters connecting the human body with the heads of animals. Developers scanned his paintings and then equipped them with numerous animations, and as backgrounds illustrations from other 19th century books were used.
