A simulator of the legendary B-17 Flying Fortress bomber, transporting us to unfriendly areas of the Third Reich, where German factories and industrial installations will be harassed in our steel bomber.
As a B-17 Flying Fortress On-Board Rifle, a bomber famous for its deadly air raids on during World War II, we have to defend our aircraft from enemy fighters. The game is based on authentic combat missions in which the 7th Air Force squadron took part. The action of the game takes us to the unfriendly areas of the Third Reich, where on board a steel bomber, belonging to the legendary "390th Bombardment Group", defending ourselves against fierce attacks of enemy fighters and anti-aircraft artillery, we will harass German factories and industrial installations.
With a basic 9.50 mm calibre machine gun, we have to perform 25 deadly combat missions, defending the B-17 against five different types of Luftwaffe aircraft and allowing it to reach the bombardment target. We are able to operate 10 bomber positions (9 machine guns and a bombardier position) on our own. The manufacturer has also taken care of the rich soundtrack, thanks to which it sounds realistic: communication of crew through intercoms, sounds of engines, falling bombs, etc. The manufacturer has also taken care of the soundtrack. The game also contains an extensive encyclopedia on aviation from World War II.
