Singleplayer

A cancelled stealth action third-person game. Batman (codename) was supposed to be in development in 2003 and was planned to be released by Volition Inc. The idea was to allow the titular protagonist to hack security systems and act quietly, but also to fight in melee combat if necessary.

Ratings

Batman (code name) is a stealth action game that was supposed to be in development by Volition Inc. studio in 2003, known at that time mainly for the Red Faction series. The production was supposed to be created on the ruins of another project - Underground - but like it, it was ultimately cancelled.

Gameplay

In Batman made by Volition Inc. studio, we would view the action from a third-person perspective (TPP). During the game, we would embody Batman, exploring locations, breaking into security systems, and dealing with enemies.

The protagonist would be able to climb objects, hack electronics (this would be presented in the form of a mini-game involving leading paths from point A to point B), use binoculars (allowing him to observe locations from a safe distance), and also make use of a rope with a hook. This last one would allow us to descend from great heights or swing over abysses.
