Beavis and Butt-head in Virtual Stupidity is an adventure game produced by Viacom New Media, based on the popular animated series Beavis and Butt-head, aired from 1993 to 1997 by MTV. The main characters in the game are the two not very overwhelming boys from the fictional town of Highland, Texas, who, for lack of better things to do, want to the gang of their impressive collection, Todd Ianuzzi.

Before teenagers can make the right impression on their idol, they will have to face obstacles piling up on the road. In this respect, the game is no different from other adventures - Beavis and Butt-head will be helped to solve problems by items lying here and there, as well as conversations with independent heroes, who are often a source of very valuable tips. Often you will have to resort to an unconventional way of thinking. As we all know, both boys do not sin with intelligence, which is why some issues are dealt with in a very specific way, contrary to the accepted rules and norms.

Beavis and Butt-head in Virtual Stupidity uses the point-and-click interface, which means that the game is fully ed by clicking on the active elements of the environment. We interact with objects and other characters using a few simple commands (look, go, pick up, use, talk), which are available after pressing the right mouse button. Apart from traditional riddles characteristic for adventure games, the creators also prepared four mini-games. They are not especially complicated, but their inclusion is necessary to complete the struggle.

The work of Viacom New Media has everything that fans of the series should expect. The visual setting is deceptively reminiscent of an animated prototype, the game features well-known characters (apart from Beavis, Butt-head and Todd, trainer Bradley Buzzcut, David van Driessen, Daria Morgendorffer and McVicker, among others), dialogues are filled with specific, often black humour, and the main characters are given a voice by Mike Judge. Beavis and Butt-head in Virtual Stupidity also defends itself as an adventure, so it should appeal not only to fans of two fools, but also to ordinary enthusiasts of the genre.
