Bleed, released on PC, Switch, etc., is a 2D platformer focused on dynamic battles with enemies. The game was created by Bootdisk Revolution.
We play as a girl named Wryn, whose biggest dream is to become the most popular video game heroine. The problem is that the fight for this title ended a long time ago with the selection of a group of favorites - Wryn wasn't among them. Therefore, in order to achieve her ambitions, the girl will have to eliminate the remaining contenders. We will do this over seven vast levels. At the end of each of them, we must face a powerful boss.
The game offers an extensive combat system based mainly on firearms. The available weapons are, e.g. flame throwers, remotely detonated explosive charges and a sword that can deflect bullets. Players can activate slow-motion, allowing them to deal effectively with rooms densely filled with enemies. In later parts of the campaign, there is also an option to unlock three additional characters with their own fighting styles.
In addition to the single-player mode, Bleed also offers online mode, in which two players can play on the same screen and go through the more difficult versions of the standard levels. There is also an arcade mode, where our task is to complete the game in one approach. Players with better skills can also test themselves in Challenges, in which they will face several bosses at the same time.

Game Ratings for Bleed Video Game.
Nintendo Insider: 7 / 10 by Simon Burr
Short but sweet, Bleed should be praised as an achievement, especially for a one-man studio. You could wait for that sale, but surely you should the little guy, right? There’s guaranteed fun if you do.
Pure Nintendo: 6.5 / 10 by Harrison Milfeld
Bleed offers a unique and fast-paced take on the run and gun genre with colorful and charming results that's sure to keep you entertained. However, it lacks in substantial postgame content alongside a story mode that is over before you know it.
Video Chums: 8 / 10 by Tyler Hall
Despite only consisting of seven levels and relying on players replaying them multiple times, I never got bored with Bleed.
