Continuation of the game published in 2001 by Cabela's Games. As in the previous part and as the title suggests, we can hunt one of the six most popular deer varieties here.
If you can't resist the challenge of deer hunting, our Ultimate Deer Hunt 2 CD-ROM video game is as real as it gets without actually being in the field. Hunt for whitetails, blacktails, sitka, Coues and Rocky Mountain or desert muleys. Choose the region you wish to hunt and select the gear you want to carry afield, including calls and lures. Plus, you can still-hunt, set-up a treestand or sit in a blind. The behavior of the animals mimics real-life, duplicating reactions to sound and scent, and movement. Large on-screen maps sport detailed 3-D trees and vegetation, terrain that's true to the hunting area and numerous non-game animals, such as raccoons and squirrels.
