Caffeine

Caffeine is an indie adventure production, kept in a science-fiction horror climate. The title has been developed by the Incandescent Imaging studio, which consists out of a single member – Dylan Browne. The game draws inspiration from renowned projects, such as Condemned, F.E.A.R. and Doom 3, and has been largely funded by its crowdfunding campaign.

The extremely popular caffeine is contained mostly in coffee, tea and cocoa, and is a highly stimulating alkaloid, the world’s most widely consumed psychoactive drug. In the undetermined future it becomes a very valuable resource, harvested in space with the help of uniquely designed vessels. In Caffeine we play the role of a young boy, who wakes up all by himself in a place similar to a spaceship or station meant for the previously mentioned purposes. As a result of unknown events the ship has been completely abandoned and it is our task to find out what happened in this mysterious place.
