Castle of Dr. Brain

Castle of Dr. Brain is the first installment of a series of logical games, initiated by Sierra On-Line in the early nineties. The product is aimed at younger computer s and allows them to play the role of a daredevil, whose task is to defeat the trapped castle belonging to the title doctor.

The castle is divided into chambers, where we have to deal with various riddles, prepared by the creators of the game. The product includes popular language and mathematical tasks (e.g. pendulum, magic square), as well as more complex challenges in logic, astronomy and programming. Having dealt with all the riddles, we move to the next part of the estate, where we are facing new problems, usually requiring more effort from the grey cells.

In Castle of Dr. Brain player can increase or decrease the difficulty level of puzzles during the struggle. In crisis situations it is possible to obtain hints through coins, which we get while playing. The tips given by the program do not automatically solve the problem, but try to guide the to the right track, which undoubtedly increases the educational value of the game.
