Circle Empires Rivals is a real time strategy focused on multiplayer battles, which takes place on a circular map. The game is a sequel to Circle Empires released in 2018. An independent Luminous studio is responsible for the game.

Mechanics

The mechanics in the Circle Empires Rivals has not changed significantly from its predecessor. The game is a classic RTS, where we start in a small area and have only basic buildings available. The aim is to build up your own settlement and train the army needed to beat the new territory.

The game takes place on a procedurally generated map on which narrowly connected circles are placed. Each of them is characterized by a different environment and the raw materials that can be accumulated there. In addition, they are inhabited by different types of enemies, from which you have to clear the area in order to take over its goods. Circle Empires Rivals is adding many new units to the enemies' catalogue known from the previous part.

Game modes
