CityDriver

CityDriver is a simulation game about the wonders of driving through the crowded center of a beautiful European city. It was developed by ViewApp and published by Aerosoft, a company specializing in this genre of games.

Mechanics

CityDriver s both the third-person and first-person perspectives. The game is set in Munich, letting the player drive one of the multiple available cars and freely traverse the city center. While exploring the German metropolis we can ire the architecture, monuments and other landmarks of the actual city, as well as complete various quests. The game also lets us test our driving skills in an indicated maneuvering area.

The available cars vary in of their body types (sedans, coupes, compact and sports) and engines (combustion, electric); we can also choose the kind of gearbox (automatic, sequential and manual). Though the virtual cars aren't officially licensed, it's easy to identify their real-life counterparts. There are also modding tools used to design and create our own cars.
