Combat Pilot

Combat Pilot for PC is a MMO air combat expansion for Microsoft Flight Simulator X. The add-on was developed by Thunderhawk, a studio d with Mad Catz, a popular manufacturer of gaming equipment.

Mechanics

The add-on enables us to take control of one of fifty combat airplanes and engage in online battles with other players. The authors have decided to focus on realism – all machines were recreated with due piety, with their handling and controls almost identical to the real life counterparts. Combat Pilot is a team-based title – to win, players have to work together in order to achieve their goals and defeat the enemy team. The authors introduced an extensive training mode that makes it easier for the beginner players to enter the world of the game, while more advanced players can focus on rising through the further steps of their military careers.
