Command & Conquer: Legions is a mobile game and part of a well-known RTS series, which was originated in 1995 by Electronic Arts, who hold the rights to the C&C franchise.
Command & Conquer: Legions is set shortly after the Third Tiberium War in Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars from 2007. The AI known as CABAL (Computer Assisted Biologically Augmented Lifeform) is once again trying to wipe out humanity with its cyborg army. The conflict is beneficial to the Visitors, an alien race waiting for an opportunity to claim Earth's resources.
In other to survive and save their world, hostile human organizations - The Global Defense Initiative and the Brotherhood of Nod - must forces. Their alliance is shaky though, and their old conflicts can flare up again at any point.
Command & Conquer: Legions is an online game without a story campaign. Players are experienced commanders accompanied by iconic heroes and villains, factions and units from the C&C series, all of whom must band together to protect humanity. The alliance soon crumbles though, as once we gain an advantage against CABAL's forces, we can also start conquering other cities and regions.
This means Command & Conquer: Legions s both PvE and PvP. The gameplay follows the typical RTS mechanics. The player must gather tiberium to develop technologically, build bases, outposts, increase their field of vision and secure supply lines.
Gameplay-wise, Command & Conquer: Legions has been adapted to mobile devices. The game sessions are relatively short, while the controls were made with touch screens in mind.
