Crusader Kings II: Sword of Islam

Crusader Kings II: Sword of Islam is the first major expansion for Crusader Kings II. Much like the original game, it comes with a set of mechanics that adapts the ideas from the Europa Universalis series.

Crusader Kings II: Sword of Islam allows the players to rule Muslim countries and lead them to victory during the times of the Crusades. The add-on introduces a number of interesting elements to the game, such as new interface or Muslim-specific gameplay mechanics, that being laws, polygamous marriages, alliances, granting titles or succession.

The game map was also expanded with new areas and over 100 events (such as Harem troubles, Shia and Sunni friction, and organizing pilgrimage to Makkah) that enrich the playing experience.
