Deadlink is a cyberpunk first-person shooter with roguelite elements. The gameplay revolves around fast-paced, acrobatic combat on randomly generated maps, developing our character and his weaponry.
Deadlink is an FPS with roguelite elements. It's the debut project of a Polish studio Gruby Entertainment.
The game is set in a cyberpunk future. We play as an operative of the Corporate Security Agency, an organization established to thwart the illegal plans of mighty corporations. We must resolve situations that cannot be fixed with traditional judicial methods.
Though we must carry out dangerous missions alone, we don't do it in person. Using an experimental program, the protagonist remotely controls a combat robot.
Deadlink is a first-person shooter. The gameplay mostly revolves around traversing different stages and fighting hordes of enemies, using a wide roster of firearms. The combat is very fast-paced and acrobatic.
As the gameplay progresses, we unlock new weapons and upgrade the robot, increasing our combat capabilities. The game features many different weapons and parts, each gun having unique traits, letting us change up our arsenal depending on the enemies and our preferences.
Maps are randomly generated and death is permanent. Failure, however, doesn't mean losing all progress. Many acquired resources are preserved, meaning we get more powerful with each and every attempt.
The game is only playable in singleplayer.
Deadlink features appealing, slightly cartoonish 3D visuals.
