Destiny Expansion Pack
Release Date: September 15, 2015
The third, and the largest so far, expansion for Destiny – a multiplayer first-person shooter developed by the creators of the Halo series, Bungie Software. The plot of the expansion focuses on character from the Hive race, Oryx – the father of prince Crota, main antagonist of the first DLC.
The Taken King is the third official DLC for Destiny, which debuted in September 2014 on PlayStation 4. The expansion was developed by the creators of the original game and the iconic Halo series – Bungie Software.
The story of the add-on focuses on Oryx, the father of Crota, whom we faced in the first DLC, The Dark Below. Along with the new enemy, the game offers a new multiplayer raid in which we visit a previously unavailable location on a grand ship of the aggressive Hive.
One of the most important novelties introduced in The Taken King is the third subclass for every character archetype. Thanks to it, Titan can perform a new attack with a heavy battle hammer, Hunter got a unique gravity bow, while Warlock is now able to use electricity.

Destiny is a series of first-person shooters with a touch of MMO and RPG elements. The series combines a science fiction climate with fantasy elements: players take on the role of futuristic warriors using both firearms and supernatural powers. The main job here is to eliminate soldiers of alien races that serve the ancient cosmic Darkness. During the execution of missions, even the story missions, we can encounter other players and cooperate with them. The fun is accompanied by acquiring better and better weapons and armor, known from erpegs, as well as climbing to new experience levels and unlocking new skills.
